- How the midwife builds maternal trust and confidence
- Perineum preparation and massage
- The midwife’s clinical antenatal care – pregnancy assessments, routine investigations, risk detection
- How the midwife encourages maternal trust in physiological processes at the end of pregnancy
- Risk and need-to-refer identification in all stages of pregnancy

- Holistic midwifery advice for pregnancy niggles and complications
- Hand out to the women in your care
